In Slave to Passion we meet Madison Laurant and Hunter DeLuca. Madison has just ended a bad marriage and is sexually repressed. Hunter is a member of the Estate, a secretive club where anything goes. After many years battling it out on opposite sides in court they are now working for the same law firm. They say that love and hate go hand in hand. This book definitely explores that theme. Madison and Hunter definitely hated each other in the courtroom, but here hatred transformed into lust.
I loved both characters in Slave to Passion. Hunter is my favorite type of male. He's strong, dominant, and sexy - definitely an alpha male. He's older, more experienced. He knows what he wants and he gets it. Madison has been burnt in her personal life, but she hasn't let it weaken her in any way. She's a very strong woman who's fighting her way back. Madison resists Hunter's advances at first, but soon finds it impossible. Then they head to the Estate...
The chemistry and scenes between these two was explosive. It was HOT!!!
